Norwood L. Robb, Board President
Mr. Robb is President of the Board and brings extensive board and corporate experience to DSST. Mr. Robb served on the University of Colorado Board of Regents representing the 6th Congressional District for 18 years and is now Regent Emeritus. His corporate background includes working for Martin Marietta and the Boeing Company in addition to several private ventures.
 
David Ethan Greenberg, Founder & Board Vice-President
Active in education reform, David Greenberg served as a member of the Colorado Commission on Higher Education from 1993 to 2003.  Mr. Greenberg was legal advisor and speechwriter to Colorado Governor Richard Lamm and was a White House Fellow. David co-founded the consulting firm GBSM, and is currently CEO of New Schools Development Corp.
 
Michele Cooper, Director
As an independent technology consultant specializing in the application and integration of emerging technologies, Ms. Cooper brings extensive experience in the high tech and education fields to DSST. Her corporate experience also includes software development, information services and operations, and business and technology strategy.
 

Jack Crawford, Director

As the Founder and Director of Denver Finance Lab, Mr. Crawford brings extensive business, leadership and finance experience to the DSST board.  Denver Finance Lab focuses on concepts, strategies and capital within the medical systems, information, resource management and education industries.  Mr. Crawford devotes much of his time to community service in many areas, including business development, employment initiatives, government and education.


Jacquelyn Sullivan, Director
Ms. Sullivan is the co-founder of the college-wide Integrated Teaching and Learning (ITL) Program at the University of Colorado's College of Engineering and Applied Science and continues to direct the program. She serves on several National Science Foundation and National Academy of Engineering advisory boards. Ms. Sullivan's service to DSST as a leader in engineering and education includes the implementation of a Summer Engineering Program and an elective course in Creative Design and Engineering for DSST students.
 
Don Elliman, Director
Mr. Elliman spent the majority of his extensive professional career in sports entertainment and publishing as the former President of Kroenke Sports Enterprises in Denver and with Time Warner, Inc. in New York where he was the publisher of Sports Illustrated and People magazines. Currently, Mr. Elliman serves as the Chairman of The Children's Hospital Foundation and on the board of The Children's Hospital in addition to numerous other non-profit boards.
  
Steve Halstedt, Director
Mr. Halstedt is a co-founder and managing director of Centennial Ventures, a private venture firm formed in 1981 and has a long-standing successful career in investment banking. Mr. Halstedt also served as a combat engineer platoon leader and battalion assistant operations officer in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He has a B.S. from Worcester Polytechnical Institute and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Dartmouth College and attended the University of Connecticut School of Law.

George Sissel, Director
George Sissel comes to DSST after a long and distinguished career as the chairman and CEO of the Ball Corporation.  Prior to the Ball Corporation, Mr. Sissel was an attorney with Sherman & Howard and a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.  Of note, Mr. Sissel’s was honored as the Colorado Business Leader of the Year in 2003 by the Colorado Assn. of Commerce and Industry. Among his service to many community service organizations, Mr. Sissel also recently served as the chair of the University of Colorado Foundation.

Tom Kaesemeyer, Director

Mr. Kaesmeyer is an Executive Director with the Gates Family Foundation. He has extensive experience as Head of School for both Kent Denver School and Westtown School. He was also the Director of Development, Curriculum Committee Chair and a teacher at Westtown School. Mr. Kaesemeyer holds several committee positions, including chair of the Reisher Scholoarship Committee, board memeber for Mesa State College, advisory board member at West Denver Prep and La Academia, board member with the Colorado Association of Funders, and a member of the Colorado Forum, Headmaster's Association. He graduated from Lehigh University with a BA in American History and from the University of Washington with an MA in Latin American Studies.

Annie Buckley, Ad Hoc Member
Ms. Buckley serves as the non-voting parent member of the DSST Board and was elected by the parents of DSST students. 

Greg Hatcher, Ad Hoc Member

Mr. Hatcher serves as the non-voting student member of the DSST Board and was elected by his fellow students at DSST from the Student Council.
